Being able to actually get tickets much easier as well. Online ticketing has just made it so much easier for touts which makes it almost impossible for regular people to get tickets for major concerts. Everything is almost instant now but there was just something great about setting up a video on to download, going to bed and hoping that 1) It would be done by morning and not disconnected during the night and B) It wasn’t a fake, virus riddled file.
