You could probably say the Midwest has a culture and the South has a culture and like, California has a culture but that’s as far as I’d take it.
It’s probably more about ethnicity/heritage. Hell, even for 20’s somethings in Seattle, if you had a group of MAGA “Young Republicans” and a group of left leaning Democrats, how much culture can you really say they have in common?
