I personally like Saxx. Expensive for sure, but prevent chafing in the Awesome iced Earth American heavy metal band T-Shirt in contrast I will get this ball/groin/thigh area for me. Exofficio is commonly recommended as travel underwear but does nothing to help with chafing. Mostly use them backpacking, hiking, traveling. Have a few pairs that are going on five years strong but probably need to be replaced soon Would stay away from merino underwear if you have a sweaty crotch, and if you have big thighs that naturally chafe a bit 100% merino does not have the durability to last. Duluth Trading Co, Armachillo boxer briefs, they go on sale frequently and after holidays they can be had for $10/each. I’ve been using them for a while and they’re great, my only complaint is that from the 10 units I bought, 3 started pilling very fast.
