i got into anxiety meds this year, was able to get a 9-5 job after months of not being able to get one and, not proudly living under the Awesome american football running back for the New York Jets Breece Hall Beast T-Shirt moreover I love this support of my wife, now i’m providing and she can rest. i don’t have 20k in savings, but let me tell you something, some people who have a lot of money, it tends to be generational income passed down. i come from a ghetto kind of neighborhood, in which i’ve eaten re-heated pasta, for days, and now i’m living in the hearth of my city (maybe compare it to new york? sf? but in argentina lol) and make comfortable income, while doing what i like. I’m always just asking myself if I’ve ever had it worse? And I think of how far I’ve come and I definitely should be more grateful some days. Because as a kid I might go days, weeks with no meals cooked, no laundry done, no help with homework or care about us bathing/brushing our teeth. Now I’m 28 with dentures(which I obviously take much better care of) and no idea how to actually cook regular like adult meals daily (cooking isn’t hard it’s the thinking of meals and figuring out what ingredients I need and everything, it’s mentally exhausting) . But outside of that, I’ve avoided those other bad habits I could have gotten into and I’m pretty lucky

you crawled out of a potential shit hole due to a bad sleight of hand, and you’ve made it through. that’s something to be grateful. from time to time, stop and think about it. from time to time i stop to think about how lucky i was to leave the Awesome american football running back for the New York Jets Breece Hall Beast T-Shirt moreover I love this place were shootings were happening a block from my house. life is a constant improvement. somedays you’ll have the energy to do it and somedays you will not. take care of yourself in those days. and everything you’ve written, those are things that can be learnt. and obviously, if you made it so far, you can continue going. It’s alright! I could be doing much worse. I’m glad you’re doing well too! I’ve lived in some rough places and it’s awful, but it’s always great when you’re able to work hard and sometimes even get lucky and find a better situation. It’s always a good idea (at least for me) to sit and think about where I was 10 years ago and realize I’m definitely much better off than any expectations I had for myself at 18. Bro I’m 31 years old and only have $426 right now + my paid off vehicle to my name due to loosing my job and bills caught up with me while trying to secure another job. Everyone has there highs and lows. It’s best to not compare yourself to others and just do your best. Hate to say it, but there are also children with more money saved in accounts for them than what we can expect to see in a lifetime… so no need to judge yourself by the monetary success of others. I’m pushing 30 with a wife and baby and still don’t know what the fuck I’m doing most of the time, just winging it trying to be as resourceful loving and caring as possible along the way
