Liquid liner- I suggest trying a “pen” style, a wand/”brush” style, and a dip pot and liner brush style to see which you find easier to hold/control. It does make a difference! Easiest way I’ve found is to follow the line of your bottom lash line and flick up from there. Pull , with the tip of your applicator pointed at the sharpest point of your wing, down at an angle to your top lashline, kinda a triangle. Pulling in somehow has less wrinkling for me than pulling “out”. Fill in any space left open in your new triangle of liner. Regardless of wing/no wing Try tilting your chin up and looking down into the mirror as you do your eyeliner belong the initial wing guideline, lightly raising your eyebrows at the same time. This will “stretch” the skin more than just looking dead on and ideally create a smoother surface. Same basic procedure as Liquid Liner, with the caveat that the application can be less ideal for those who perform better with the wand/brush/dip pot style rather than a pen style. It will not be as “crisp” but can be more forgiving/easier. Mild pressure may need to be applied which isn’t ideal for some. Of the styles, your choice will be “self sharpening” twist ups or ones that you will need to sharpen yourself. Either generally perform a bit better once warmed in the hands, first, as most are wax based.

Again, same basic application process, with minor adjustments. Your lines, again, won’t be as crisp as liquid liner due to its nature. This style allows for a greater range of color options since you can use any eyeshadow color as liner. It does clean up more easily than other liner styles so if shaky application is a concern this may be an ideal option. Also great for practicing in general since less product is used/easy to clean off the eye with a qtip for mistakes.
