And ever since then I’ve been sort of confused about my life. This way of thinking is literally like a foreign language to me and also a perfect way for someone to develop toxic positivity because all they do is invalidate their negative experiences with positive outlooks.Maybe you’re just projecting your anger towards yourself over others, thinking they don’t mean their words and attitudes, maybe you feel that about yourself, that why being grateful and optimistic when you don’t feel like it.
