I suppose that’s not a Vietnamese bank. Heard of Wise transfer but never heard of their card. I’ll take a look to see if I can get one also, thanks for replying. It is an interesting card as you can store money in any currency you want and the Another day another victory for the OG shirt moreover I love this fees are less, especially when you travel. This race is not between petty corps, its for world domination, similar to the nuclear race during the cold war. That seems to be the sentimate of some, but the data really does not support this. No one is going to have a signficant advantage of others as there is just so many AI models that when everyone has a super powerful AI…no one has an advantage. In fact we are not even seeing anyone standing way above because of their AI advantage. Many are benefiting and I do not foresee that changing especially with the clever ways open source is training without 100million dollar GPU farms.

Let’s talk about GPU. Just Alcapa and Vicuna coming out well does not undermine the Another day another victory for the OG shirt moreover I love this importance of GPU. Resource-saving models are goals but they don’t just suddently become efficient one day, there is an near endless process of trials and errors, during which GPUs play an important role. Second, less GPU does not mean no GPU. An embargo on AI chips would stop the production of not powerful servers, but also tiny devices that could be used for, say, surveilllance cameras or war drones. Anyone can access a super powerful AI already. Only thing stopping people is they are unaware or not interested. If you are technical and have a decent PC, you can have a close to GPT4 AI running locally now too. If I had information like that — and I’m not saying that I do — I would probably not be willing to discuss evidence online.
