Apparently people need to see crimes now I have 24/7 nursing care last year I was abused by one of them as soon as she left my house I called the American country music keith whitley graphic shirt and by the same token and nursing supervisor who ultimately told me because she didn’t see the abuse she couldn’t report it WTF she sits in an office on the other side of the city how on earth would she possibly be able to monitor all the residents bookings to make sure no abuse was going on if the requirement for reporting abuse is that she has to be here to see it There are certain tiers for crimes that have to be done in a peace officers presence to be able to arrest. In example if you were to commit certain misdemeanors like driving under the influence, you would be able to use 40300.5 of the California vehicle code to establish probable cause for arrest but if you were to assault someone you may have to file charges and arrest later when an arrest warrant is issued.

American country music keith whitley graphic shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

All felonies that are committed (that I’m aware of) are arrestable without a peace officer viewing them so I’m guessing this was considered a misdemeanor. This may or may not be why they wrote the American country music keith whitley graphic shirt and by the same token and report first and recommended charges to a district attorney prior to arresting right away. For misdemeanor crimes, that is often the case. The police will document it with the victim and give the victim instructions to go to the court house and file charges. Not only that but the entire police force in that county should be held accountable. What a fucking joke. “We can’t investigate because we didn’t see it with our own eyes”. Oh real quality fucking police work right there. You’ve got it on camera you fucking lazy fucks.
