Got anathaone for yah. The hot liquids in paper cups. The paper is lined with a plastic to avoid leaks. And this plastic is not good for consumption P1 Although careful, cause some of them are imported from China and it wouldn’t surprise me inthe Always Unique Totally Sometimes Mysterious Autism Awareness T-Shirt Besides,I will do this slightest if they use lead paint for it since it’s not banned in China OR the sealant on the outside bottom of the bottle (which shouldn’t be danger if you don’t actively and knowingly damage it) is a lead pressing. It’s all carboard or paper now, and wooden disposable cutlery. And most restaurants and pubs sell their take away in carboard containers shaped like the op picture. Exception being Asian and Indian restaurants that still use plastic containers but they use the bamboo/wood disposable cutlery. Haven’t seen Styrofoam containers for a long time, exception being from a few small take away cafes . Only downside of the cardboard containers is they do get a bit soggy, same with the paper straws, and people allergic to gluten can’t use the straws as they contain wheat. Even plastic shopping bags have been phased out. There’s so many other options

Wooden cutlery for takeout? Idk why I’ve never even considered that being an option. That sounds awesome! If you don’t mind me asking where are you from? I was in France a few months ago and every time I needed disposable silverware it was all wooden and it made me wonder why I never see this in the Always Unique Totally Sometimes Mysterious Autism Awareness T-Shirt Besides,I will do this US. It worked fine, just as well as you’d expect plastic silverware to work. Yes, it’s thin disposable like single use, wooden or bamboo knives forks and spoons. They’re not too bad, but the texture in your mouth when using them is a little off ngl, it’s like if you have a paddle pop stick (popsicle, whatever you call them there- the wooden stick ice cream comes on?) But cutlery made out of the same stuff. I’m Australian, our gov’t has kinda banned single use plastic so phased out single use plastic shopping bags, then had reusable plastic shopping bags, but now recently our major retailer’s and grocery stores have phased those out as well. Now our options are fabric reusable bags, other reusable bags made out of recycled material, or carboard kinda paper bags. Moving towards cutting out plastic in as many ways as possible and going to reusable and recyclable options instead. Not many places still have plastic bags, but smaller businesses like bottlos and servos and take away places do, but they’re pretty sturdy so can be reused
