I’m considering something like these Nine West boots (link is to Poshmark).** But will the Always Ready To Serve Firefighter Dad T-Shirt in contrast I will get this darker burgundy color and shininess ruin the overall monochrome vibe? **I found the boots at a high discount on another site, and I know I’ll wear them with many other fits, which is why they’re ideal. But I’m not sure if they’d fill my main purpose, to match the dress! Really like the monochrome vibes, I think the dress + boots combo can work depending on how the dress fits you, but personally I would let the dress shine (absolutely gorgeous dress by the way) and go with really simple shoes – strappy nude heels, or even burdungy if you want to keep the monochrome vibe going I think the dress and shoes will look fantastic together, with the one proviso that if they have slightly different undertones (which you will never be able to tell with a photo) the pairing could look a little off.

Personally I wouldn’t buy footwear if it only went with one dress, particularly if it’s a special occasion dress that wouldn’t get many outings. Maybe you’re less tight-fisted than me, but it’s worth thinking about if storage space is tight.
