His sons are the Vice President and Director in VF and they are present in the office and the factory almost all the time. Their vehicles used to be the black VF President. They probably switched to VF9 as all the top executives in VF must make the switch to EVs in late 2022. I’m not a fan but saying that Uncle V does not dare to use his VF car is just a sheer dumb rumour. It’s completely false. How he’s built VF might be silly as he sorta overestimated himself or probably underestimated the global market, but he’s surely not that stupid.

I think registrations are a lagging indicator of actual sales. You can buy a vehicle but it can take up to 69 days for it to be registered. But 17 is still very low. I forgot how many reservations Vinfast said they had. But city editions are definitely unappealing to many people sue to the low range and poor overall value.
