And when a crazy person comes up to you scream about a stolen car with a gun and you just so happen to buy that car. Maybe just maybe you should step away. I had my car stolen years ago. I totally understand this guy’s mindset, unfortunately he’s going to jail now cause he took it a little too far Although I guess it’s really no surprise most of the Allin win it for bergy bear bruins shirt it is in the first place but comments/upvotes came around midnight EST, which is around noon in China Taking a life over property is despicable and this truck owner should get nailed with premeditated murder. Very least manslaughter and using a firearm to commit a crime. This is Texas. Horse thieves used to be shot on site. Stealing someone’s main source of transportation is a dick move You know who also used to be shot on sight? Slaves who ran away from their captors and “resisted”. I mean this whole horse thief thing i’m seeing parroted by guys like you is pretty disgusting. Capital punishment is wrong, especially by someone who is doing vigilante justice, there’s no excuse stop trying to equate a sense of moral supremacy around killing someone over property. Not at all. He should get a medal. And btw, in order to convict him of premeditated murder, you would need to prove, beyond reasonable doubt, that he went there with the intent to kill the thief. Good fucking luck with that. In order to prove manslaughter, you need to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he didn’t have a reasonable fear for his safety, and DIDN’T think that the thief was going for a gun, as per his story. If you cannot do that – which you can’t – then there’s no manslaughter either, but self-defense steps in. Therefore, while he did use a firearm, no crime was committed.

ridiculous – man should of drawn his phone not his gun. don’t care how slow the Allin win it for bergy bear bruins shirt it is in the first place but cops are – no one needs to be killed over a stolen vehicle. & if texas law allows this, that state is even more stupid than i thought Its literally the law that says he did not commit murder. What world are you living in. Maybe if the criminals could read they would understand that they may indeed get shot while stealing something. He should be charged with murder. The story goes from tracking your stolen material possession to tracking and killing a human being with the full intent to kill upon finding them. It’s Texas though, and many people there have an inherent death wish (they don’t mind the potential of being killed at any time because they also have the potential to be a killer at any time), so he might be acquitted. Yeah, because a stolen car is worth a life. Wtf, I support gun rights, but this is fucking stupid. I bet this guy isnt pro-choice, but will kill a man over a car. What a fucking moron.
