At least 3-4 levels above the average worker. Seems more like all their problems are at the base management level. “Don’t talk to your direct manager, the one who is making you want to quit”, is what the sign is saying. Maybe if they spent a little more time getting good leaders instead of shitty bosses they wouldn’t have these issues. My uncle worked the fryer at McDonald’s. He had a heart attack and died in his sleep. When we got a phone call from McDonald’s asking where he was, we told him the story. They went down to the funeral home, picked him up and threw him back by the fryer. These guys are serious.
