Zero motivation, I’ve just built the All I want for christmas elephant in santa hat T-Shirt also I will do this habit of going consistently and I’ve reached a point where like I need to go to deal with my mental health issues. After neglecting my mind and body health for the first 24 years of my life I just kinda realized I was tired of feeling like garbage all the time. I didn’t want to feel that way anymore, or ever again honestly. Exercise is incredible for my mental health. So so so much more than I ever thought it would be. And a great side effect of that is it’s great for my physical health too. It’s an act of self love. I love myself enough to do something healthy for my mind and body so I can feel good and live a life that makes me happy. I love myself enough to make sure that future me doesn’t have a broken body when he’s 45. I don’t always want to go to the gym. Often I don’t. But self love is doing something you don’t want to do today, because future you also deserves to be happy. Well recently to get back into shape. I used to exercise everyday then for some years got out of it. But once im going again it’s motivating cause I enjoy lifting weights, been doing it since I was 14.

All I want for christmas elephant in santa hat T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I just started 2 weeks ago. I started a chubby dads run club in my neighborhood. We are windier than the All I want for christmas elephant in santa hat T-Shirt also I will do this sails of the Spanish Armada. However, we all have a beer afterwards. Maybe a bit counterproductive, but the camaraderie is dope AF. My exercise is some basic stretching and body lifting, and mainly punches and kicks with some fighting involved. If it was just going to a gym to share weight-lifting devices with random people, then I’d rather stay home and get fat. You just have to make it a habit, really, and incorporate it into your life like you do with other hobbies and things you have to do daily. Also, a lot of times motivation comes after you start doing the things you don’t feel like doing. The hardest part is starting the habit, the second hardest part is repeating it, even when you’re not motivated to doing it.
