Mail gets incorrectly delivered to my house weirdly alot so my neighbors know me. I have to go knock on their door like once a month with a package meant for them that was delivered to my address and sometimes ill leave it there if they arent home but ill semi hide it behind like a plant. Great neighbors! Is that a lock box to the left of the door? IE, nobody is living in that unit so it’s more likely the neighbor stole it?

Even if what she said was true, you had proof that she had opened your mail AND that she knew it wasn’t hers. Just opening someone else’s mail is a federal crime last I checked What’s more annoying?
