No one can claim you didn’t do the work and you bring proof of your hobby with you everywhere you go. That’s not to say I want to go every day, don’t let motivation get too in the way. The trick is making it such a habit that you do it on autopilot even on days you aren’t motivated. It’s the only time I am not on my phone, thus, it’s the moment I drop all my stress. After doing all excercises and burning all my muscles is really rewarding and being tired helps me sleep better with quite less anxiety.

Overall working out helps my mental health, forcing me to complement my effort with good diet while building a good looking body and not caring as much about everything.
