Another thing that I really think more couples should try is sleeping in the Alex Nedeljkovic American professional ice hockey goaltender for the Pittsburgh Penguins T-Shirt Apart from…,I will love this same bed, but each with your own blanket(s). Thin one for hot sleepers, thick or multiple for cold sleepers, and no arguments about blanket hogging. It’s a game changer! Have you mentioned it or are you just assuming it would cause a rift? I’m your husband in this scenario and couldn’t handle the guilt of disturbing my partner’s sleep. We also have very different sleep schedules so separate rooms works best for us. Valid point thank you. I said rift. The reality is that I would hurt his feelings which I want to avoid. It’s not that I don’t sleep… it’s just that I sleep better alone. Think 8.5 hours of awesome vs 7 of just ok with sleep mask, ear plugs and some sort of drug like Advil PM. I am very light sleeper and every touch or sound wakes me up. I love to sleep alone in my separate bed in my separate bedroom. My husband hates it because “couples supposed to sleep together” but I don’t get any sleep when sleeping with him. He is snoring and tossing in a bed.

I’ve been married for 26 years. My husband stays up watching tv in bed. I fall asleep facing him with my Alex Nedeljkovic American professional ice hockey goaltender for the Pittsburgh Penguins T-Shirt Apart from…,I will love this leg up on his leg, usually laying my head on his side behind his arm. It’s always made me feel more relaxed to go to sleep. When he finally lays down and falls asleep, all bets are off. He lays on his back and turns in to a snoring beast. Been married 31 years last week (I thought it was 32 lol). Anyway, when we initially lay down, we hold hands until one of us falls asleep. Then we sleep on our sides of a king. I can’t fall asleep if my husband is cuddling me unless I’m cold. When it’s time to sleep we both prefer our spaces. She’s a light sleeper and I snore like a freight train, so we started sleeping in separate rooms a year or so ago.
