SD voters voted to legalize weed. Legislature said “naw, the Alex Cole John Lewis Get in Good Trouble Necessary shirt also I will do this voters didn’t understand the question. Fuck that noise”. Voters passed term limits for the legislators. Again, they said “hard pass”. And apparently they can just get away with it in a state where the AG literally kills a guy and covers it up… so fucking glad to be out of that state. Remember this WHENEVER you see polls about a trump v biden match up. Don’t get complacent, don’t get discouraged, just vote. Every time they let people vote on abortion, access to abortion wins. It’s why they try so hard to prevent the vote every time it comes up. The fact that the Ohio GOP was bombarding its citizens with wildly inaccurate ads and scare tactics for the past few weeks made it pretty clear, to me at least, that they were desperate. The old “kitchen sink” method failed spectacularly.
