Festive fun for the rink

This black pullover hoodie is a humorous holiday gift designed for ice hockey players, coaches, and fans who want a funny twist on traditional seasonal wear. The design features an orange furry monster wearing a grey hockey helmet, decorated with pine sprigs and lights, capturing the spirit of “A Very Gritty Christmas” through playful sports imagery. It serves as a lighthearted alternative to standard festive apparel, making it ideal for those who appreciate both winter sports and comedic graphic prints.

Design details and comfort

The central graphic print showcases an orange monster character in a grey hockey helmet, accented with green pine sprigs and red and yellow Christmas lights. This cartoonish style creates a distinct look that stands out at holiday parties or casual outings. The hoodie is constructed from a soft cotton/poly fleece blend, providing warmth suitable for cold weather while maintaining a comfortable fit for everyday wear.

Color: Black. Material: Cotton/Polyester Fleece. Fit: Unisex standard sizing. Care: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low to preserve print quality.

Is this an official Nitty Gritty Dirt Band product?

No, this is not an officially licensed Nitty Gritty Dirt Band merchandise item. The phrase “A Very Gritty Christmas” is used here as a punny theme for ice hockey fans and general holiday humor, independent of any band affiliation.

Who is this hoodie best suited for?

This hoodie is ideal for ice hockey players, coaches, referees, and their families looking for a unique gift idea. It also appeals to anyone seeking a funny, non-traditional Christmas gift that combines sports enthusiasm with holiday cheer.

How should I care for the printed design?

To keep the graphic vibrant and ensure print longevity, machine wash the hoodie in cold water inside out. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry, and avoid ironing directly over the printed area to prevent damage to the ink.

Does this fit true to size?

Yes, this unisex hoodie generally fits true to standard US sizing. If you prefer a looser fit for layering over gear, consider sizing up one step and check the specific size chart provided at checkout for exact measurements.
