Because Africa is continent of grown ass people who refuse to create functional infrastructure for themselves. I mean Sam Kinnison was making jokes about this in the A SYMPHONY OF NIGHTMARES Shirt Also,I will get this 70’s. It’s not for a lack of effort and funds on everyone else’s part I don’t think anyone ever thought of trying to use their massive wealth to help people before Mr. Beast figured out how to profit from it through the attention economy. A black streak runs through the human heart. A black streak like an inverted skunk. That pukes potpourri instead of having a stink gland. Hot take, none of these people should be as wealthy as they are. You know who builds and maintains infrastructure? Governments. Instead of asking why rich people don’t do governments jobs, we should ask ourselves why we allow the ultra rich to exist, taking such a disproportionate percentage of the pie, benefiting off of government services a disproportionate amount and paying disproportionately low taxes is the problem. Mr Beast maybe doing more good than the others on the list, he may simply have better PR, but he shouldn’t exist in the capacity he does either.

A SYMPHONY OF NIGHTMARES Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

The difference is Mr. Beast makes his money by advertising he’s doing this. Bezo’s and Musk aren’t YouTubers who built their carriers spending exurbanites amount of money for videos. And it’s not just the A SYMPHONY OF NIGHTMARES Shirt Also,I will get this rich elite that help out. Countless NGOs, non-profit and volunteer groups do this as well. But Africa is a massive continent, with dozens of countries, cultures, warlords, princes, mercenaries, and humanitarian groups. Some places just are not safe to go to regardless of you going there to help them. What makes you think that the rich people who mentioned want to leave the world a better place vs getting stinking rich? Because Mr. Beast is more interested in results. Govt’s don’t do direct line approach’s because there no opportunity for graft & corruption.
