Honest question, what can they do here? They all oppose this decision but it’s not going to affect their states. To narrow of a majority to pass a law here. (unless you get Manchin and Sinema on here) That incompetency lies within their numbers though. The challenge is to figure out why that’s a valid platform for the A john hughes film sixteen candles art shirt in addition I really love this other side. Shout out to the Democratic party leadership who are actively campaigning for an anti-choice candidate in TX as we speak. The whole thing is a joke. Here’s a hint. If you want people to not gloss over what you’re saying as right wing astroturfing. Type out the name of the person and give a link to some actual information He’s right about this but where the hell was he when he had the chance to sign a bill for Medicare for all in the state of California??? Oh yea the lobbyists came in with a last minute donation Republicans will get rid of the filibuster in 2 seconds if it leads to a national ban on abortion when they take the house and senate. Mark my words, they do not give a shit about precedent or political “norms” Where the hell is your argument against abortion that isn’t rooted in religious reasons? Because as I see it, church and state need to be separated, and furthermore, an abortion is a medical procedure that falls under the basic human right to have control over your own body. These Supreme Court justices are warping the constitution to the extremes. If anybody can give me a good reason medically why abortion shouldn’t be legal, and give me an argument to be pro life that isn’t rooted in religious doctrine, and is constitutional. I’m open to it. I’ll wait. But something tells me, nobody has got shit, because pro lifers have no constitutional argument. And they are allowing church to be involved in state affairs which is unconstitutional and basically pointed out clear as day in the first sentences of the document.

Their argument is roe v wade was based on your right to privacy from government getting involved in your personal life, including in the A john hughes film sixteen candles art shirt in addition I really love this bedroom and your medical procedures. This decision overturning it specifically indicates that based on their reading of the constitution there’s nothing in it that says you have that right to privacy, therefore you don’t. With that right to privacy gone, abortion can’t be protected under that reasoning (which incidentally is why RBG was always against roe v wade being what legalized abortion). The same right to privacy that we no longer have was also the basis for decriminalizing gay marriage and being gay in general, so people are assuming those will be next on the chopping block.
