Break up. I know that’s the 80 years 1944 2024 San Francisco 49ers thank you for the memories signatures shirt so you should to go to store and get this reddit answer but this lady will drive you into a hole. Get out while there’s still time. I’m in a similar boat. We are qualified for like $1.5mil, but I want to spend about half that. So this is difficult for my wife. She sends me houses over a million, and I just don’t even look. Why get my hopes up? I don’t want a $10k mortgage for 30 years. My rent right now is $2k. Fuck all that noise. Your wife is probably looking at their absurd “estimated payment” and thinks her $800k homes would cost the same as your $575k home because of that. Have you sat her down and explained why your budget is $575k and that even a $50k increase can push a house well into unaffordable territory? I ask because I went through this with my wife, she kept sending me houses way out of our price range because she didn’t understand how the financing works.

The more expensive the 80 years 1944 2024 San Francisco 49ers thank you for the memories signatures shirt so you should to go to store and get this home, the longer it is until you can realize a profit on a sale or due to a divorce. Unless the market gains a lot. lol my fiancé sends me Zillow houses for a few million daily we live in a $230k house I don’t get frustrated- I tell her to work more Can’t speak for the wife sense I haven’t been in that situation specifically. However, when I was buying, my mom did send me everything and anything, lol. Former trap house with dead people and drug busts to 50 acre estates some people get that fever. Either way you need to talk to each of them 1 on 1 and see where their heads are actually at.
