Black powder ricochet, literally saw the 74th anniversary barry gibb shirt and by the same token and 54cal ball roll in the grass before skipping up and hitting me in the arm pit, my hand was numb for a day. Ricochet while target shooting. Felt like a sting from a wasp or something. I didn’t even look down. Just swatted at the spot on my thigh where the sting occurred and kept on shooting. It was a few minutes later I noticed the bloody spot on my jeans. I got shot in the back of the knee (knee pit?) with a .22. It felt like I got kicked and had the most wicked Charley horse, then immediately stabbed with a hot screwdriver. It went through my tendon and stopped in the cartilage between the joints. I could feel it grind every time my knee moved. Luckily I was some distance away, otherwise it may have blown out the front of my knee and took out my knee cap. I haven’t been full on shot, but I was hit in the back with ricochet from a 9mm. It felt like a wasp sting or something. Put a hole in my shirt and gave me a small wound.

Literally had this conversation with a guy at work who was shot with a .22 at point blank range, he said he thought he’d pissed himself from the 74th anniversary barry gibb shirt and by the same token and amount of heat he felt in his leg, as if someone had just slapped him with a fire poker. This hardly counts, but I took some birdshot ricochet to the cheek and lip. Stung like a wasp, but didn’t penetrate. Also had a buddy who took a .40 cal ricochet to the chest at a range. Thankfully lost all it’s energy and just booped him a little bit. He kept it too lol. Can you please also add why/how you were shot? I’m reading these and wonder “but WHY was your girlfriend shot,!?” as someone who has had a kidney stone…i’m curious if it compares. anyway ever had both…not at the same time Technically a gunshot, but I ricocheted some birdshot off a clay that clipped me in the arm. Stung about as bad as a bee, but barely broke the skin. First thing I did when I got home was to order actual eye pro to go over my glasses. Caught a .22 ricochet at the shooting range that went clean through my shoulder. Honestly didn’t even know anything happened until I felt blood running down my arm. I’d compare the pain to a tattoo. Not fun, but not bad. Mine felt like a searing pain for just a few quick second but then it felt all weird in a way I can explain, sort of like a cross between a really bad muscle cramp with a sporadic stabbing pain anytime I moved.
