Per inflation calculator of $0.69 in ‘99 to 2020 – notice I didn’t do ‘22 as to avoid the 5th annual willie nelson and family vintage shirt and I will buy this recent spike – .69 equals $1.73 in 2020, or $5.19 for three tacos, so “over five dollars” is exactly what it should have been! i hate when people trivialize kitchen work. it’s not your fucking family taco night karen, you’re stuck there, on your feet, in uniform, making dozens of tacos an hour against your will Yyyyeah lots of things were cheaper in 1999 gonna write letters to literally every place you make a purchase at? Do people actually believe the store/restaurant considers this a loss? The people sending these letters and making a fuss are usually, in my experience, the ones we HOPE don’t come back lol. You’re truly not that important. This is probably a win-win for everybody.

It’s amazing how much these people think you care about their business. They’re the 5th annual willie nelson and family vintage shirt and I will buy this worst kind of customers, and are probably just unpleasant people in general. Hahaha $3.25 in 1999 dollars is $5.61 today. She’s angry for tacos being the exact same value as they used to be. Confirmation bias much? This right here is why the US is a mess. A thousand small instances of idiocy and a few massive fuck ups. Why do certain people think if they stop shopping at a place they that business is going under… do they not realize nobody gives a fuck Oh man I miss when Chili cheese burritos were .99 On the good ‘ol .59-.79.-.99 menu. But yeah this lady is crazy to deny inflation. Ha sounds like someone needs a new job or profession. Must have got stuck in a after high school job dumb ass like what truly fair human to themself would ever look at a fast food chain service as a career ? Grow up quit being lazy and go make something for yourself instead of bitching to stand there all day and want bunch of money doing so. Not to mention most of y’all wanting 15 an hour can’t even do that silly 14 year old job right fuck up orders constantly play on your phone or stay on the phone while working yet you feel the need to be paid more ? Bottom line laziness will never get you shut so stay there and shut the fuck up or actually want something and go get it so your life ain’t miserable and you won’t fuck my order up bc you hate yourself and job secretly
