She drives RIGHT on the speed limit and wonders why people honk/ drive around her. Then gets mad if I “backseat drive” and tell her to move over. Came to this thread to see if there were actually any legit reasons but, as suspected, people are just selfish assholes. I move but if you’re driving in wreckless territory , like obviously 20 plus mph over the limit and you’re driving like you think you own and the road and are entitled … well you can wait until I get to a point where it’s safe and you can live with going 10 or 15 mph over. There’s a lot of people out there driving taking other peoples lives into their hands Willy nilly and it’s infuriating.

Either way, still an asshole. Afraid on the highway = nervous = potential accident = asshole, for creating an unsafe condition for everyone around you because you’re nervous. No one likes to have their commute fucked up by some asshole who just refuses to get the fuck out of the way for whatever reason, and when they see an opportunity to get past the asshole, they’re willing to go to unsafe lengths to do it. Not saying that’s OK, or excusing aggressive driving, but if that person would just get the fuck out of the way, everyone wins. TL/DR – If you’re in the left lane, and there is open road in front of you, and there is a long line of vehicles directly behind you, then you are going too slow for traffic conditions. You are being an asshole.
