Her parents could’ve absolutely homeschooled her OR enrolled her in a different school. It is their fault this happened. I dont understand how you can be denied an education for not being able to use the 38 Years Of Don Moen Shirt but in fact I love this “correct” bathroom. This seems either an overreaction of the school system or the student. If the school system suspended/expelled them, sure fine – but that would mean that police would have no reason to stop by. It seems like the school still expected this student to attend and the student simply didn’t show up – No context, this is just my assumptions. The student can easy just use the bathroom, or use the nurses bathroom, there’s no reason for this The school day is usually 6 hours or so. Being forced to go 6 hours without using the bathroom is fucking absurd, and there’s a reason it’s illegal for your employer to ban you from taking bathroom breaks periodically. Hope that helps! Butt.. the student can still go to the bathroom lol. Like its not like the school is preventing them from using a bathroom. Just not whatever is deemed “”correct”” on either side.

I’m going to assume you’ve at least started high school and know what high school kids can be like. You really think “the 38 Years Of Don Moen Shirt but in fact I love this boy’s bathroom” would be somewhere a trans girl would want to go? Cmon. No student is in class for six continuous hours, class times generally range between 40 minutes and 2 hours. Plus long lunch breaks. If you can’t go a single class without needing to relieve yourself, then your medical issue probably precludes you from a lot more than just public schooling and that’s sort of a personal problem. The timeframe doesn’t seem to be the issue here, seems to me as if the school administrators were trying to micromanage students’ urination, which is indeed absurd. Just let the girl piss and get back to class, why is anyone so worried about people using the bathroom?? There’s no good reason why she shouldn’t have been in school, more background info on what went wrong here would be helpful. Trans girl gets banned from using the girl’s bathroom. Therefore, there is nowhere for her to go, making the timeframe the exact issue at hand here.
