Doctors legitimately say he’s one of the 37 Years And Still Enjoying The Ride 37th Wedding Anniversary Hearts T-Shirt moreover I love this healthiest 70 year old they have seen, especially given his immense size. My Granddad was in that category too, the day he died he jogged his usual 5k in 35 minutes and some change. He was 96. (Personal response) I am so glad to hear that it’s possible. I always thought from 0 years old to 17 years old now that it’s just how it works when you get older. My thing is, a lot of things are expensive nowadays, and when you live in like a city/town with barely any nature to explore you run out of options. I ran a lot last summer and the beginning of this year, but I honestly feel every time that I could be doing something more productive. Which is why I stop. It sucks and I absolutely hate becoming lazy over and over again but… yeah. Same, There are times during workout where the only thing in my head is 6 .. 7 .. 8 … That is the only time when my brain is not bombarded with zillion of have-tos should-haves and what-ifs.

I’m more in a place mentally where it’s become “I’m tired. I don’t want to do this. This is gonna suck. But, I have to do it anyways. Let’s get it over with”. I almost always feel better after starting the 37 Years And Still Enjoying The Ride 37th Wedding Anniversary Hearts T-Shirt moreover I love this workout too. Motivation is not a reliable tool to use. I made a home gym type of setup. I’ve made it a habit and convinced myself that I don’t have a option. Especially because I’m currently doing a bulk. I’d feel more shitty mentally if I ate 3.5-4k calories a day and then didn’t workout to make use of those calories.. than I would skipping the workout. I’m surprised this is so far down. I’m adding that I wanna look good Nekkid for the type of women I want to also see nekkid. When that’s not enough, I re-read the letter my ex threw back at me saying I wasn’t enough when i told her I loved her and her daughter like my own family. Lol. Emotional pain is a gunny old motivator! My phone lockscreen is a picture of Cristiano Ronaldo. He’s the most hardworking athlete I know and looking at his picture gives me the motivation I need i too have CR9’s picture on my phone in cute booty (football) shorts and imagine how good his ass must look like so I squat for days – no homo Not entirely — even after putting in the work, I still look like the little teal fish from Spongebob that’s looking for the 5lb dumbbell
