Totally, it would be better than couch potato-ing the 3 lions on a a fucking shirt and by the same token and whole show! I think it’s just too easy to sit on your arse all day, work (unless you have a physical job) and at home. My body is starting to properly complain now though so I’ll need to do something about it! Oh dear god, yes. Now I am a bit fanatical about it, flossing, the works. But, I spent over a decade not caring for myself, physically or mentally, I was an alcoholic and had a drug problem. It was a mess, I was a mess. Now I am seeing the consequences of that with my teeth. Wisdom teeth are basically crumbled, and the others are so weak that I have lost flakes of them when I am cleaning. Gums are receeding. I’m terrified of the dentist, too, so its only going to get worse. Going to the dentist can be intense. Have you pinpointed what about it scares you? Some don’t like a person leaning over them, some don’t want things in their mouth, some hate the sound of the tools.
