It’s the stupid owner that buys/adopts a dog that may be an asshole, then buys it a fancy harness to ride in the car and gives it a generic name, never trains it, gives it treats 5 times a day for nothing and never corrects bad behavior/treats the dog like their alcoholic mom that breaks windows around the neighborhood “but it’s not her fault. It’s the booze”.
