Basically, he eats large amounts of absurdly unhealthy foods for fame, views, and money. He started off 155 lbs. at the start of his Mukbang career and has risen up to just under 370 lbs. Yeah lol, he has definitely inspired me to eat and just be healthier. In all seriousness, it started as a self-conscious thing for me bc I was tired of being skinny. Once you’re consistent for ~3 months, you start to see results, and frankly, seeing noticeable results is better than any drug I’ve taken. It gives you a sense of gratification and then you learn to enjoy the workout itself and the endorphins/dopamine that naturally come w it. After a while you also start to find community in the place(s) you’re exercising and that opens up doors to new friend, connections, etc. When you managed to reach or aquire a certain level over a decade of training and then suddenly have to stop it kinda gets into your head.

I normally work out everyday and a recent injury has made me unable to do so. I feel like total shit most of the 25 Birthday 25 Party Crew Squad 25th Bday Group Tie Dye T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this time, and this feeling alone is motivating me more then anything. I remember when I first started to exercise more regularly and got that natural high. Gave me the same motivation as I have right now. Sitting around all day not doing some kind of physical activity is honestly just very mentally draining. In instagram I subscribed to people that are all about workouts. My feed is full of people with abs and muscles. Everyday I scroll Instagram watching this content and it reprograms my brain to believe that working out is a norm. Idk man I just started cause this one Punjabi guy next to me dragged me to the gym. And now it’s almost part of my identity. I am strong and no one can take that away from me. It’s hard work, dedication and struggle. I always ask people to join me because we are animals and animals are not meant to be obese and sedentary.
