IQ Tests have a very high validity in personal recuritmentnt. Obviously real tests, not some random internet test. And only as one indicator of many The only jobs that hiring based on a minimum IQ Test would be remotely understandable is a job that works solely in Pattern Recognition; Any other job field should throw out IQ Tests and go based off qualifications and ability to the job according to the needs required by that specific role.
