Sometimes, you have to do something selfish too just for you, you do what you gotta do to get over shit and make things okay with yourself. Watching some of my favourite technological YouTubers really calms me down. Especially Matt from Tech Moan or LGR. Ashens does wonders too. Really – just to mentally/emotionally “hold your breath”. Everything passes. Good and bad.
