I can’t wait for netflix to start making good shows, but they’ve had years, and if I want to watch something, I’m not going to let a subcription stand in the 2023 Fall Baseball State Championships shirt moreover I love this way. It’s quicker to just go to soap2day or whatever than to create an account. I haven’t sailed the seven seas since I was young and poor but… I think it’s time to put the hat back on and hunt Netflix specific ships for their plunder Plus, with the writers strike in full swing right now, they’re currently not making any new content, so Netflix won’t have much to release in the foreseeable future making it even more likely that subscribers bail. They’re doing this in Australia. Everything was pirated by everyone, before Netflix et al made a cheap easy alternative.

They los ta lot of money, short term at least. Overall, it might be a bit more or a bit less but I doubt it will be a significant change overall. What they risk though, is setting their own doom, and if other companeis get on the 2023 Fall Baseball State Championships shirt moreover I love this wind of such a stupid move (which I genuinely dont get from a corporate pov, its completely moronic and opposite to what everyone is doing nowadays imho, except maybe magazines but they are struggling and geting hate for that afaik) they are… maybe not done for but lets say they will be the nokia of the 2010s Yeah this is long term gonna be a disaster for them. It’s the type of anti-customer “late fees” style move that absolutely toasted blockbuster and allowed Netflix to take their lunch.
