You can’t be responsible for the 2020 Afc East Champs Buffalo Bills Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this actions of others, so try not to feel bad. I just hope you don’t get harassed or treated like a piece of meat. Lookism is the sacred cow of America for sure, probably the rest or most of the world too. Everybody knows about sexism, racism, etc. but nobody is rallying to stop discrimination by “attractiveness”. It’s like we all know it’s happening & it’s not fair, but we hope to win at the game of life and money so we just roll with it. Whatever works!!! I got mine in part because the female hiring person was a bit creepy. Now i make 3x when i got hired, different department now. However you need to get in? And if you aren’t flaunting appearance or even if you are, shit. Gotta do what gotta do yo!!

2020 Afc East Champs Buffalo Bills Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

The appearance is already there so you’re halfway through. Work on your experience and let the 2020 Afc East Champs Buffalo Bills Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this management do their job ! You’re not Zorro to fight for fairness, grab what you have and develop your competency. After some time you’ll be competent and good looking. What’s bad in that ! as someone said “beauty is a talent” not everyone have nor ever will have that talent, as a talent should be valued It’s understandable that you feel conflicted about this situation. While it’s flattering to be appreciated for your appearance, it’s also unfair to be hired solely based on that and not your qualifications or experience. It’s important to remember that this is not a reflection of your abilities or worth as an employee. You could consider having a conversation with your boss about this and expressing your concerns. Alternatively, you could start looking for other job opportunities where you can be valued for your skills and experience. Big motivator to start working for myself only. I don’t find it flattering, I find it degrading and uncomfortable. Guess who values my talent and intelligence over all the other bullshit? Me. I’m the best boss I ever had lol and the hardest taskmaster too.
