My budget is less than yours and thankfully my wife is on the 13 Players Invited Washington NFL Scouting Combine 2024 shirt also I will do this same page as me but my parents send me wildly unrealistic homes and I just don’t get it. Like, are y’all giving me 100k or what?? Don’t have babies with this person until they have worked out how to be realistic. Fiscal literacy and competence can be a big deal in a marriage. Sounds like you need to have a realistic chat with the wife, maybe she’s thinking you can negotiate a bunch, who knows lol My fiancee and I did this too, but we were partially daydreaming and a using them as idea boards rather than actually considering it. “Why are you sending me posts that our outside of our budget?” “When you send me posts at that value, I start to feel like I’m not earning enough and I feel like I’m letting you down.” Sounds like she’s not thinking very practically and you are. Perhaps she’s just dreaming and doesn’t have expectations, but doesn’t realise how it comes across? This has gotta suck but it would be such a shame if you made this about not feeling “good enough” when this is so clearly about your wife and mom being morons. Seriously please do not internalize their behavior. Sir I cannot afford a 5k house right now let alone 575k, you are doing SO OKAY. You are not inadequate. Literally just ignore any suggestion that’s out of budget. Inb4 braindead morons taling about wElL ThE uS hAs mOrE pEoPle ThaN EvERy OTheR coUnTRy you need to do things to yourselfs fr

Plot twist. Maybe your wife actually doesn’t want to be near your family. She’s trying to show you you can’t afford to move there. I’m not an American so could someone tell me why 80 acres is great for raising a family? Like that’s a lot of land and I dunno why the 13 Players Invited Washington NFL Scouting Combine 2024 shirt also I will do this kids need such a big place. Or is it more about having a farm in your backyard? Letting the kids experience working with crops or animals ? I mean you can ignore them since it’s out of your budget and be thankful you have family that’s excited enough about you moving near them to get involved at all. What’s the harm in looking anyways? It may even be helpful to look at areas and neighborhoods that meet your needs. Id rather have the shittiest house in a nicer area than the best place in the hood. It doesn’t hurt to look at houses to see what looks nice to give you ideas for your own place in the future, and to give you a good idea of what to keep an eye out for when you do stumble across something good in your price range.
