The world is heavily corrupt and superficial. Doesn’t matter how you get your foot in the 04th july american united states independence day T-Shirt moreover I love this door, prove your worth once inside and once you have authority that’s your chance to make things as fair as you can. Yup coming from an all female office that hires on “culture fit” I know there were many applications that were tossed when they saw a male name on it. :/ Who cares? Accept it and move on. A lot of life is based on appearances, more than we’re willing to admit sometimes. Take the win. I’ve been hired for leadership roles in my career because I’m a large, deep voiced, bearded man. Hiring managers think people just naturally listen to me. Boy are they disappointed to find out I’m just a giant idiot.

04th july american united states independence day T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

This is common. It’s called the 04th july american united states independence day T-Shirt moreover I love this halo effect, people usually associate positive traits with people they find attractive, so they’re more likely to get hired/promoted. I’m not super hot by any means but I’m well kept and I have a nice smile, if I can get myself in front of someone for an interview I pretty much always get the job. People are hired for desired traits. Always. It may be intellegence, knowledge, speed, organization, height, social skills, whatever. Why would looks be different? I am an engineer, does my employer hire people that are bad at math? No. If you are client facing, you should have a friendly disposition and be decent looking. It is what it is. That is depressing but just take the w I guess. Is an in store technician like a really good gig? If so I’ll cry
